# Contacting my Provider

Below you will find answers to the questions we hear most often from patients related to getting in touch with your provider.     You may also contact your provider by calling their direct phone extension and leave a secure voicemail for them.

  <Accordion title="How quickly can I expect a response?">
    We strive to review and respond to portal messages and secure emails within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that messaging is not actively monitored on weekends or holidays.

  <Accordion title="What should I do if I am experiencing a mental health emergency?">
    Our telehealth practice does not provide 24/7 on-call crisis response. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please dial 911, call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, or go to your nearest local emergency room.\
