Below you will find answers to the questions we hear most often from patients related to getting in touch with your provider. If your question is not covered here, please send us a secure message and we will be happy to help.
You can send your provider a secure message or send them a message directly in the patient portal (if available).You may also contact your provider by calling their direct phone extension and leave a secure voicemail for them.
We strive to review and respond to portal messages and secure emails within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that messaging is not actively monitored on weekends or holidays.
Our telehealth practice does not provide 24/7 on-call crisis response. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please dial 911, call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, or go to your nearest local emergency room.
